Patricia Benoit-Guyot has been the Chief of Protocol at the International Telecommunication Union since August 2008, with her career at ITU extending over 20 years with various positions such as Head of Interpreters, Head of Business Development, and Sponsorship and Recruitment Officer in Human Resources. In her spare time Ms. Benoit-Guyot manages the 250 volunteers necessary to organise and run the Guitare en Scène music festival.
